Their offices are renowned of the international work environment with a combination of expatriates and local elites. They are now looking for an Office Administrator.
As an Office Administrator, you will report to HR and Admin Manager and with 2 part-time supporting staffs, you will be responsible for overseeing office related matters across Hong Kong office. You will need to assist in calculating budget for admin department, draft contract, apply for working permit and all administrative tasks. You will also need to arrange maintenance and regulation of office supplies, assets and inventory. To better off the company policies, you will review, revise and implement internal policies, processes, controls and guidelines to improve and streamline internal operational cohesion, effectiveness and efficiency.
3 years of experience as an office administrator.
Strong knowledge of and proven experience in accounts management, human resources management, as well as developing and managing organisational policies and processes
Strong skills in problem solving, multi-tasking, time management and leadership
Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Skilled in Microsoft Office
